For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE (Excluding Books, Adult Videos and DVDs). When you receive your package, please check the items to make sure that everything works properly. We will offer credit or exchanges for DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY or for any shipping errors made by us. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date to P.O. Box 3007 Van Nuys, CA 91407-3007. Items returned without original packaging will only be offered store credit or exchanges. Videos and DVDs are returnable only if unopened or faulty due to a manufacturer's defect.
Unless your shipment was in error, we do not reimburse for return shipping costs. If you need a replacement immediately, please call us at 1-800-946-4540 and we will try to make special delivery arrangements.
If you feel the item was not as advertised, please go back to the page where the item is listed and make sure that your claim is accurate. If the product has clear and correct size measurements and product description then we will NOT allow a return. However, if the information is in conflict with the product then we'll accept a return and offer you credit or exchange.
In your return package please include the following:
- The packing slip or your invoice
- A note telling why you are returning the product
- Instructions whether you would like a refund or an exchange (Please specify the item number(s) and unit quantity for exchange).
If your return does not include this information, it will be refused and all items sent back to you. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
